“24 hours of paid sick time for THE YEAR? That's a joke. We earn those sick hours, we are human, we get sick, it's not right to limit how much we can use, especially long term and dedicated employees. It's cruel and shows lack of respect.”
It’s pretty good all things considered
Both part-time and full-time employees receive health benefits since COVID.
The People were honestly great
40% discount but “tuition reimbursement” was not backed.
For a single person the benefits are extremely cheap and cover a lot. There’s also a lot of add on options like pet insurance.
The lack of different providers.
As a sales associate you just recieve 30% off at boxlunch and 40% at Hottopic with the occasional 50% during the holiday season and through the year
No benefits for part-time staff and sometimes sales are better than employee discounts
Excellent benefits package, including employee discounts, PTO, and extremely affordable health insurance.
