FMLA at 1 year. Can take maternity leave and use vacation time if under 1 year.
Offers 12 week total available and where my wife and I both work there, in theory my two weeks would come out of that 12 but I could take 2 weeks and she could take 10 weeks. In reality, I was supposed to get 10 days and instead got 4 full days and had to come back partly for the rest of the 7 because they couldn't find coverage so they didn't charge me for the vacation.
Paid maternity leave is currently a part of the sick leave policy.
