Very competitive benefits for non profit. They benchmark against for profit's and always try to equal if not beat out for profit benefits.

I absolutely love this company and love what I do, however the work load for a part time site director is huge and there is are no benefits.

Benefits vary by location. Smaller clubs have a harder time generating enough employees to get the benefit of a group discount.

The part time job allows flexibility for school but there were no benefits.

I was an intern here so I was unpaid and also received no benefits. However, the work schedule is very flexible and working environment is relaxing and corroborative.

    Great benefits and matching 401k

There aren't any, unless you're one of the few who are a full-time employee. They did awkwardly have Aflac come in and peddle their overpriced life insurance and accident policies to us.

Literally no benefits. You don't even get a lunch break if you work as a summer employee during their summer program. You can also work over the 29.9 hours legally required to remain part-time because you're not an "actual" employee, you're only temporary or seasonal. It's their way of not having to pay an employee benefits.
