They could do better on bereavement leave

StarStarStarStarStar Current Volunteer Coordinator in Norman, Oklahoma

Like most places you have to wait 6 months before it can be used. The accumulation rate is slightly lower than other places.

It is sufficient for the area's industry norm.

  • May 13, 2018
StarStarStarStarStar Former Employee in Phoenix, Arizona

PTO was only offered after about a month there, it was because a new law in AZ made it required.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Director in Atlanta, Georgia

Plenty of days to take off anytime around the year. 1st year you can receive up to 3 weeks of total combine days. This was amazing for extra days around holidays.

  • Jun 14, 2016
StarStarStarStarStar Former Program Specialist in Elgin, Illinois

The one thing they were actually good about. Paid time off was pretty decent. Otherwise there was not much else to be happy about

  • Apr 03, 2015
StarStarStarStarStar Former Director of National Program in Atlanta, Georgia

Vacation pay and time off are great, but hard to take when overworked.

  • Mar 07, 2015
StarStarStarStarStar Current Employee in Green Bay, Wisconsin

Good benefit but handbook shows two different ways of tracking and is very confusing for current or new staff

  • Feb 14, 2015
StarStarStarStarStar Former Group Leader in Kansas City, Missouri

I was happy to have it.
