Great paid time off and discount options.
The overall benefits are great in terms of cost and benefit options. One area that could be addressed is the low company match on the 401k plan.
Average company benefits, prices have increased for quality packages and less benefits are included compared to years ago due to a revamping/changes in providers but still about average for what I would expect from a company of this size.
They have a good PTO package
The biggest reason I applied and stayed with the company is because of the benefits package. Not only do they offer amazing insurance and 401k options, they also contribute to your home buying. I also the fact that domestic partners (Not married) also have access to the health insurance, which is helpful in my situation. My partner is an artist so it was hard for him to sustain aqueduct health care. Bozzuto is family oriented.
Generous vacation and health insurance benefits. 401k match is quite low for industry standards.
