Employees working 30 hours or more per week are eligible to participate in Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance,AD&D, Short and Long Term Disability, Flexible Spending, and Paid Time Off (PTO). With the exception of PTO, these benefits start the first day of the month following date of hire. (e.g. if you start on Jan. 5 benefits begin on February 1).
PTO is accrued on a per pay period basis starting on the employees hire date. 20 days per calendar year is earned; upon completion of 2 years of service, 25 days. Another increase at 5 and 10 years of completed service.
Employees can elect to enroll their dependents in benefits, specifically, their spouse, same/opposite sex domestic partner, and/or child(ren) up to age 26.
401(k) eligibility is available to Full, Part Time and Temporary employees. An employer match is given with 100% vesting immediately.
The PTO is a great benefit! Several weeks to start off and more added after a couple years.
Good: Company provides health, vision, dental and 401k (with matching) which is the only good thing. Work from home for some locations (its at the managers discretion which is unfair). Bad: Bonuses and company perks are non-existent. Vacation and time off are allowed but usually scrutinized.
Monthly personal contribution was greater than other companies I worked.
Benefit Contributions have not increased in cost for nearly 5 years without any set backs in coverage.
