It pretty much included everything.
Health Benefits the plans themselves do cover a lot and it was great to have two options to choose from however the cost has gone up a couple hundred dollars a month.Which was once are 250 is now more around 700. Which wouldn't be such a big deal if raises were in line with the huge healthcare hike in premiums. After 4 years at a company, you should not take home less than when you first started. PTO time is only 18 days that includes sick and vacation time. Some people have endless time off, just depends who they are. There is a 401K but no matching. Free Lunch and you can brink your dog to work.
Worst part is the cost
There are lots of company perks. The workplace is dog friendly, lunch is provided Monday through Thursday, we have many discounts around Pittsburgh through partnerships, parking is provided, and many more.
As a single, young female, I am pleased with the health benefits! I only contribute to a more extensive dental plan. The "401K" is bogus! No company contribution :( A total of 30 vacation/holidays- very nice!
The 401k is obtuse and performs very poorly. The health benefits are minimal, and the opportunities for investment are slim to none.
No 401k match, but otherwise an awesome benefits package that offers something for everyone
Best health insurance in the city.
No 401k matching. You'll do a lot of overtime for very little to no money.
The health plan is an awesome value, free parking, free coffee, soft drinks & beer, and amazing free lunch 4 days per week. The maternity & paternity leave is generous, and so is the PTO.
