Pretty decent Benifit package
401K health insurance , PTO accrual biweekly,
Very expensive have to use HCA facilities which are not free and doctors not in the network so you get separate bill.
The medical plans offered are terrible. Deductibles are higher this year and they require you to use HCA facilities only for the lowest rate. 401 k is okay you have to work for them 10 years before you are 100% vested. PTO not good .
They offer a few extremely cheap health plans (Less then $20 per month) that cover the basics. Decent Dental and Eye insurance. 401k is below average and you are not fully invested until after you work there 5 years. This has to be directly related to their extremely high turnover.
They really do not offer much except hmos with high deductible. I did not use their plans. I opted to get my insurance through my husband because their benefits package suck. As a director I can tell you for a fact that they fire employees who utilize FMLA. Directors were berated and harassed. SR management gets rid of anyone who is on FMLA ..I sat in those meetings! They will find a way and write them up. Florida is an at will state.
