There is no one single greatest thing about the benefits, however the matching for 401k is pretty good. Interns are offered full benefits even if just for the summer.
Decent 401K matching and solid health insurance
Competitive benefits that include medical, dental, vision, and 401k with company match. Also, offer paid vacation. All vacation starts over with the new year and you earn additional weeks after 5 years. B&G also provides paid gym memberships if gym is not available at the office location. Will work with you during family emergencies, which is awesome.
Best thing as an intern was 600/ month living allowance and 5% automatically vested 401k. Great people on site and give you as much responsibility as you can handle.
