Cigna plan, could have lower deductible
The health insurance is okay but newly complicated. They work hard to try to find cost effective plans for both company and employee but doesn't compete with larger company offerings. Recently revamped 401k that is much better.
Unlimited PTO, but you're guilted if you take any time off. Benefits are pricey.
Good benefits. Could be less expensive
The best thing is unlimited paid time off for salary employees. The worst thing is that in three years they changed healthcare providers three times. They offer only PPO insurance and you can only add your spouse if they have no other options for health insurance. Also they are going to be moving to only PPO insurance with an HSA.
Bad benefits overall. Medical coverage is expensive! Only high deductible plans available. Breg changes carriers each year so if you have an HSA account money left, you need to move every year to the new bank or start paying fees on the old account. Dental is also expensive. PTO is accrued if you are hourly. "Unlimited" PTO for salary employees. This would be a pro but since Breg overworks everyone you can't take a vacation without a massive backlog of work. The salary people look down on the hourly people because of this split policy for PTO.
401K matching is average but better than nothing
They no longer offer an HMO plan.
Unlimited PTO is a double-edged sword...
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
