The vacation time for new employees is very low compared. The retirement benefits are very competitive once you received tenure.
Vacations policy is generous, new comers get 17 paid days off every year. 401k matching upto 3%, Profit sharing from 3 % to 5 % of salary, Yearly bonus from 6% to 12%.

They give 10% as long as you contribute at least 5% to the 401k. This is fantastic and the only good benefit Brenntag Midsouth offers.
