Great health, dental, and vision benefits at the time through United Health Care. Didn't have the opportunity to enroll in the 401K, but had a decent match at the time when I worked there prior to the merger with Valley Crest.
Good health insurance, Fidelity 401k w/ 50% company match up to first 5% contributed. Short term and long term disability insurance paid by company. Profit sharing bonus ok, depends on branch performance with aggressive goals, takes a lot to get significant dollars.

Offer good benefits but the costs go up each year. There is a 401K package available after 90 days for new hires and during annual open enrollment.
