Health Insurance, 41k, vision insurance, vacations and time off paids.
Generous PTO, good health benefits with perks for using YNHH providers, 403(b) either company match
The price and benefit compensation package compared to where I used to work. It is less expensive and offers more coverage at affordable co-pays and deductibles.
Very competitive. Paid tuition for nursing school.
The Worst thing about the package is that I am not able to choose which pharmacy I want to go to.
I was a part time employee and I did not qualify for benefits at bridgeport hospital. I believe or full time employees their benefit package is very good
Physician, Nurses, Therapist are great to work with. Culture and environment are great to work in, team work among different disciplines are great! Leadership are doing their best given the circumstances, however a few are still very micro-managers and really stuns growth.
The benefits package is great. The pricing can be a bit high for part-time employees, but they have benefits that can help alleviate the costs just for staying healthy.
Not every one can have PTO, only comes in when you are sick for per diem
The whole package is great. They take very good care of their employees and care about their success. No downside to being employed by Bridgeport Hospital.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
