Supervisors are very understanding and fair when you're sick or can't come. Workplace environment is very relaxed and fair.
Vacation time, winter break of of days
There is no separate sick and vacation time. You get 4 hours a month - which is the lowest I have EVER gotten. The rest of the package is similar to what others give. The insurance company they use is terrible!
Bridges of America / Bridges International has a standard benefit and is inline with industry
You get 10 paid days off per year. 3 days of sick time. Paid Holidays and insurance as a full time employee.
In my opinion the only perk is that they have a 401k plan but the med and dental is horrible . You do not get sick days .
Starting vacation accrual was ridiculous....2.3 hours a pay period for the first year and then jumped to 3.something hours, you could only take time off in 4 or 8 hour increments Insurance coverage was very affordable and pretty comprehensive, but you were not eligible for coverage for the first 3 months
Summer Rewards to those who have worked as a Service Coordinator & above fir a year (leave at Noon). 401k is good with matching employer contribution. Health benefits match what every compatible has. CON: CEO Durant care about employees.
You get paid time off and sick time is paid also, but if no one is there to cover your shift they most likely wont give you the pto. Insurance is not the best i still had to pay for over half of my contacts but it did cover the exam.
