Blue Cross Blue Shield of Tennessee. Minimal co-pays (not burdensome)
The insurance cost more than it should and it has a really high deductible with a restricted closed prescription drug benefit plan formulary. It also requires a prior autjorization for even generic drugs.
The rates are low and the coverage is good. The customer service goes above and beyond to answer your questions I
80/20 and a low deductable.

Good: Selection of Bronze, Silver, or Gold Plan for medical coverage, or High Deductible. Good: Putting tax-free $ aside in an HSA (Health Savings Acct) is available. OK: Vision coverage is ok. OK: Dental is fair, only covers small portion of orthodontic expenses, perhaps 20 to 40% OK: AD&D, short-term and long-term Disability insurance available
