Insurance is pretty good... considering how most insurance plans are now days. The gold and silver options are very affordable for a single person. Per the usual, a little more expensive for families. There are deductibles to meet and there are different options considering how often you use your health insurance. Vacation time is accrued and depends on the position level. Most positions get 2 weeks per year for the first few years. There are 9 paid holidays and two floating holidays. They have a good match on the 401k and even contribute if you decide not to.

There were no benefits offered to interns. The interns were paid hourly and were considered part-time without any compensation.

Discounts on repairs ad services are very good. Time off requests are at the whim of the manager and can change after being approved. Time off is in line with other industries -close after 1 year and in line after 2 years
