The benefits package is great! They can do a little more for the medical portion of the package but everything else is fine

Insurance is pretty good... considering how most insurance plans are now days. The gold and silver options are very affordable for a single person. Per the usual, a little more expensive for families. There are deductibles to meet and there are different options considering how often you use your health insurance. Vacation time is accrued and depends on the position level. Most positions get 2 weeks per year for the first few years. There are 9 paid holidays and two floating holidays. They have a good match on the 401k and even contribute if you decide not to.

insurance and benefits package is healthy. Monthly bonuses are available. Multiple packages are available for teammates to choose from. Overall good things.

Health benefits are better than most but still can be expensive. Dental and vision benefits are fair. PTO is not clearly defined. Physical benefits of the downtown HQ are plentiful. 401k is standard company match. There is an annual payout for performance which can range from 5-20% the worker bees get the 5%.

Employer Match Your employer matches up to 5% of your eligible compensation. When you contribute to your plan, your employer matches 100% of the first 3% of your pay, and 50% of the next 2%. Plus, an additional percent is added based on age and years of service.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Manager of Tire Sales in Raleigh, North Carolina

Discounts on repairs ad services are very good. Time off requests are at the whim of the manager and can change after being approved. Time off is in line with other industries -close after 1 year and in line after 2 years

Some company perks, insurance was ok, vacation time sucked. I would not suggest to a friend in the future
