Benefit package is pretty decent
Good health insurance with low employee contribution. Great 401k match. Life insurance and LTD subpar. Decent bonus with partial bonuses even in down years. 9x80 work schedule available.
401k match is one of the better matches I have seen.
Worst thing by far is the relocation package. It would have been a deal breaker if I had known then what I know now.
Biggest opportunity would be to offer employees Maternity, Paternity, and Adoption Leave.
