The perks. Work from home one day per week and a 9day/80 hour schedule
They recently overhauled their benefits package with a more "total compensation" view. 401K is stellar however they just rolled back their bonus structure.
It is affordable and works great
The worst thing is the cost. It's too high for a company this size. For family coverage it's $600/month
I believe the health/dental/vision package offer by Bridgestone Retail is more of a reflection of our country's healthcare crisis than an accurate portrayal of their company's care system for their employees. What they offer is an HSA, which is a good option if you do not have a disabled dependent Iike I did. Also, you are qualified for FMLA after 12 months of continuous employment. Unfortunately, I accepted the job on a verbal agreement that was nullified without notice. If you plan to take your family to the doctor due to federally protected disability, you need to protect yourself and draw up paperwork before agreeing to a position.
The health benefits were good, dental is included. Also, They did give a sign on bonus of $5,000.00, which is quite a bit. Also received bonuses at the end of the year.
Company provides a fair 401k match as well as several compensation offerings. Lots of employee discounts through company stores and vendor partners.
Strong employee benefits, both company provided as well as through our suppliers network. Company matches 401k contributions, very good vacation program
Great 401k plan is offered. Great training. EXTREMELY honest to the customer
Best thing: options to go to awesome sporting and racing events through company sponsored programs. Ticket Concierge service for leftover tickets to entertainment and sporting events. (NFL, INdy 500, NHL, etc.)
