Exceptional benefits package. Medical - Bridgewater pays entire monthly premium. Co-pays are low. Excellent coverage in-network and out-of-network. Paid medical leave -- 100% pay if you're out for short-term disability. 401(k) match is weak compared to similar employers but they know that.
Benefits were amazing. Very low health care costs. Free lunch, free snacks, free breakfast, free dinner if you stayed past a certain time. Social events were the best I have ever seen. BW really cares about it's employees and has a very competive benefits package to reflect that.
