Sick days were taken as needed and they were taken as a precaution to keep the rest of the staff well.

  • Sep 05, 2016
StarStarStarStarStar Current Research Lab Manager in Provo, Utah

My job is very very flexible. If I say I can't make it in for the week or something it isn't even a problem.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Web Developer in Provo, Utah

Plenty of sick leave for me, though I'm young and healthy. They allow you to use sick days for family members which worked out really well when kids are sick and errands still need run.

  • Jun 11, 2015
StarStarStarStarStar Current Employee in Provo, Utah

Generous amount of sick days offered to admin/full-time employees.

  • May 26, 2015
StarStarStarStarStar Former Undergraduate Research Assistant in Provo, Utah

I was able to take however many sick days I needed as a Research Assistant because I could perform most of the research from home, and I only had to attend group meetings some of the time; we were usually informed of what occurred during team meetings through email.

    You can accrue sick days.

  • May 18, 2015
StarStarStarStarStar Current Employee in Provo, Utah

Twelve sick days accrued per year. Accrue one sick day per month. They carry over from year-to-year, so you can potentially accrue an unlimited amount of sick days.

  • May 05, 2015
StarStarStarStarStar Current Library Security in Provo, Utah

It is easy to get your time covered

  • Nov 25, 2014
StarStarStarStarStar Former Teaching Assistant in Provo, Utah

No paid sick days, but the professors I assisted were remarkably understanding on the days I had to come in late (or not at all) due to illness.

  • Nov 01, 2014
StarStarStarStarStar Former Employee in Provo, Utah

    Sick days were adequate--no more.
