Partners insurance is not good
Benefits were competitive to similar size hospital offers. Vacation time minimal for beginning years. Health, Dental, and vision were comparable.
Depending on your position and department your earned time accrual varies. You accumulate hours fast so you always have enough paid time off for holidays, vacations, and last minute sick days.
Best thing is all benefits!!
Very affordable health insurance depending on which you take (they have 3 options) Some options offer ability to visit any doctor within Partners Healthcare system without a referral. Vacation and time off is calculated via earned time. Holidays are time and a half. In terms of perks, many places around Boston are discounted at a good price.
They have great benefits. The price is fairly reasonable for full time employees but pricey for part time employees
