the health insurance is new and its a bit hard to find a primary care doctor that falls in the "partners preferred network" without having to see a doctor you work with on a daily basis. That is very awkward.

3-5 weeks vacation, plenty of sick time, tuition reimbursement, good coverage for health benefits

Benefits packages are great, every new employee gets 35 days off. The only down fall is that the days off are a "bank" including holidays, vacation and sick days. People under 26 who are still on parents insurance get paid an extra $46 to not take insurance. Lots of fun functions around hospital.

The first year health insurance is expensive($47/week), but after it, it will drop down to just $15/week. Have 29 days benefit time in total( including 9 national holidays). You can decide whenever you want to use your BT.
