As a full time student, I found the option to reduce or increase my hours as needed very helpful.
Reduced hours is one thing the do offer. Flexible hours, is what is said to be offered, however, the clients have specific times they are wanting a caregiver to come, which eliminates flexible hours.
Office hours can be flexible
Very unorganized never remember the scheduling of their employees and constantly begging for us to work extra OT shifts.
This is one of the few good things about the company, you can choose your hours. Other than that I wouldn't recommend it.
No guaranteed hours; Compete for shifts with co-workers
Flexible, as long as you two the hours they want you to take, and easily take hours away from you.
just not enough full time hours
Allow me to pick my own schedule
You decide what hours you can work when you start. If you need to amend your schedule for a life change, you are free to do that.
