They have pretty comprehensive benefits. Pretty standard for tech companies these days, but they do a good job of getting you enrolled and such. Not all benefits are really actionable, but at least they thought about it...
4 weeks PTO in first year, maxes out at 6 weeks; 10 paid Holidays; Paid time off for volunteer/charity work; 100% Healthcare coverage for employees (and it's really great provider and very low co-pay, etc.); 401k match of 3% after 3 months; 12 Weeks Maternity Leave; 3 Weeks Paternity/Adoption Leave; Professional Development annual allowance; Flexible working schedule/plans depending on role and team. Only reason it's not 5 stars is because dependent healthcare coverage is 50% covered. This of course, does not matter to some people. I would give 4.5 stars if I could.
