They have to maintain 8 hours a week, which is attainable, otherwise it's 30% off for themselves & 10% for the purchases for others . Unfortunately they are not a company that is loyal to their employees, we had one employee that had been with the company for 10+ years & had to take time off for a parents untimely death & when she returned they put her back at the 30/10 range, not very nice.
