good health insurance and benefits
Only gives you $2,000 per year to school reimbursement which sucks.
The benefits are great - affordable and comprehensive. They have medical, dental, vision and commuter, to name a few.
They are constantly trying to find the best medical/ dental/ vision/ Retirement benefits for their employees
The benefits here are fair and very competitive. My entire family is on my plan and my payroll deductions are roughly $100 a MONTH, for everything. (Use in network providers) We have separate vacation, sick, personal, and holiday pay. When you total those all up, that's lots of time off!!! The company also chips into your retirement plan after one year. We also have tuition reimburse. I can say nothing negative about the benefits.
The health insurance options are fairly good. There are three different tiers of plans to choose from.
the info you get with HR to make decisions and the companies who provide the benefits do ongoing presentations.
Good benefits, fair compensation....you need to advocate for yourself
