Extremely generous benefits -- health in particular, from medical to dental to vision. Perks like gym membership, daily lunch, and a fully stocked coffee bar are great financial savings as well.
Great benefits including daily lunch, gym membership, full medical, dental and 40lk partial match.
Free lunches and snacks, full coffee bar with barista, time off increases with years of service, sabbatical, charitable donation made in employee's name after 5 years of service
Competitive healthcare benefits, great additional benefits like catered lunches and full coffee shop
The company has a great healthcare plan.
Healthcare is fantastic. 401k is consistent with industry standards at 4%. PTO is below average starting at 3 weeks of which you're forced to take 1 week off during Christmas. Perfect Sense also offers about 3-4 Holidays less compared to industry standard (in part because December Holidays are covered by employee PTO). No life insurance or professional development incentive.
The 401k plan vests 100% from year one. There is no delay in vesting. The plan is a safe harbor plan, with full match On the first 3% and then 50% match on the next 2%. Vacation pay increases (an additional week) at year 2 and year 5. There is also an additional two weeks paid off in year 5 (as part of a sabbatical program). There is paid life insurance as part of our base benefits package. The company also offers paid lunches every day and access to major sports tickets throughout the year. We do need to develop a long term plan around professional development.
Matches up to 4% of 401(k) investment; that's pretty impressive. Also, the gym to which they provide membership is fantastic. There's a great attitude in the company, and management provides periodic lunches, etc., for project launch dates, company meetings, and so on.
Gym membership, 401K match, and solid health insurance.
