Many benefits offered, health insurance is rather inexpensive, great 401k matching
The hours were flexible. They had a 401k package. Though the pay is so small that it really hasn't amounted to much. But its an entry level job. Its not supposed to be a career.
there is a 401k but i think only for full time
5 weeks vacation after 5 years, 401 k, medical, dental, tuition reimbursement.
You earn paid time off as you work. They match your 401k up to 4% after a year. They have paid training. They pay for your life insurance ,short term and long term disability. They have health insurance but because I make so little I can't afford to have my children and I on there.
Waiting for company to contribute to 401B is a year-long wait. Health care benefits are only after a full month of employment so if you start work on April 5 you do not have health coverage until June 1. Hard to get reimbursed for college though they tell you they will cover that. Otherwise they have pretty good benefits.
Great benefits and perks at this job
