Don't make me laugh. Ridiculous investment and they force you to unenroll after forcing you to enroll when hired.
Mandatory participation and the growth of the plan is dismal at best.
Low match but good options (T. Rowe Price manages it). For a company that does what it does, you would think they would match at a much higher rate.
(Best) They raised it .5% this year to give you a whole $6 more a year. (Worst) 2011 tried to cut 401k entirely, improperly filed paperwork which kept it at 1% 100%.
Company only matched 1% of the Employees contribution.
Used to be good, now it sucks.
don't match as much as they used to. Cannot get a loan or hardship without really having to work for it.. Would love to let it grow without taking some out, but don't make enough money to live on.
Typlcal 401 plan, nothing great nothing bad just keep putting in until i retire and can quit the work game.
