Brinks does not want to pay for your healthcare. Plans are bottom of the barrel and cost to much for an employees salary. Forget having a family while at Brinks.
Coverage was decent, but the Employee cost is high.
It's extremely costly and doesnt provide enough coverage.

the coverage goes down, the copay went up the deductions for the insurance went up.
Gives a lot of options but it is expensive to use and you have to use an online pharmacy to get your prescriptions.

Coverage vs cost is ridiculous.
High premium. Also, Brink's HR commonly does not put in the information correctly and it is impossible to fix or actually get someone when this happens(FSA in my case). Most HR is difficult to get a hold of but Brink's HR is always in a perpetual meeting
