“Very high premiums for individuals and families. Based on the total number of employees. ”
“Average. Max amount is less than 5% ”
“PTO is average . Only pro it allows you to take in advance ”
the benefits are good here.
very mediocre benefits, standard PTO, health insurance is very expensive. no tuition reimbursement. no 401k match first year, after that only 2 %, no cubes, no personal space, everyone sits right next to each other, there are no cubicle walls
Fairly priced health and wellness benefits. Retirement package is good.
Cannot compare as this is the first corporate industry I've worked for, but nothing stood out to me. Benefits were fine to me.
High insurance for employees based on the number of over all employee base
Excellent benefits. Health, dental & vision. 401K, Life insurance and short term disability. PTO & paid holidays as well as paid vacation.
they offer a company 401k plan automatically free of charge, they also have different options for health plan/insurance, and they offer a scholarship plan after a year.
about average, only 10 PTO days though. Decent 401k matching. Lots of insurance options to choose from, found it to be too many and confusing. Business casual and WFH, but very inconsistent from one dept to another
They pay for over half of the cost of health insurance. And give you free life insurance. And have ok long and short term disability.
i like 401K,paid vactions,sick leave,medical ,materrnity leave,and company car.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
