I like the fact that they offer vacation, pto, insurance, and 401k.
They have tried to restructure the benefits package but overall it is still too exspensive for an hourly employee to afford.

The health benefits package is expensive. The co-pays are equally as as expensive. But the vision benefits are good.
/company match 401K, medical, can opt for ID Watchdog. all payroll deducted. Sick time cannot be carried over or vacation time..use it or lose it.
low quality benefits no pay over time
Benefits aren't bad with the medical plans that they have to offer but receiving and increase in pay is like pulling teeth.
