Time benefits are fairly good. Two weeks paid vacation, two personal days, and 40 hours sick pay (payable in 4 hour increments) starting. Health benefits have gotten less attractive in recent years, like most employers. Dental and vision are fairly decent. There are basic employee life insurance, D&D PAI, etc that the company provides free and also has options for supplements to those. Additionally, there are some perks with discounts through a few other businesses.
401 vacation, sick and pto
Little pricy, overall standard however
Employee premiums are extremely high.
No perks, wait till one year for good benefits
Insurance isn't very good. United Healthcare isn't really accepted many places where I live.
401k matched 1%, time off was 10 days and only a few holidays. Insurance was sub-par. I didnt care for much of it.
The insurance was very good
Too expensive for the salary they pay.
It's not the best, but not necessarily the worst.
