Insurance was pretty high last time I worked there. They offer dollar for dollar 401K

Health insurance was costly for good plans, and the basic plans hardly cover anything. 401K participation is mandatory and there is almost no growth with the program. Company barely participates in profit sharing.

Benefits are horrible. You will never get profit sharing with current losses.

They dropped tuition reimbursement, lowered their 401k match and the health care costs went through the roof over the last few years. Premiums stayed the same but the deductibles were so high it costs you more out of pocket then in years past. It's not a very competitive package when compared to other employers. Especially considering the risk involved with Brinks. They should be treating their employees much much better.

The 401K is now a joke. There is no decent retirement plan to speak of, and compensation is poor. Health insurance has sky-rocketed for couples/families. Do yourself a favor and do some research on health insurance before buying into this nightmare -- if you decide to even work for this company.
