The best thing about the benefits package is that if you use Providers from Bristol Hospital Multi Specialty Group, you get a discount for your co-pays and etc. as an employee.
The insurance coverage is United healthcare. If you like going to Bristol Hospital providers it's great coverage because it's a little to no copay but if you like seeing providers outside of Bristol Hospital it is much more out of pocket. They have consistently reduced ETO time since I've been hired and I expect this trend will continue. We've lost a full week since I started. I know my salary is very low compared to others in the same position because I know others in my position who make much more. I've voiced this to HR but have not had any adjustments. They will do market analyses but they've done two since I've had this position and I haven't received an increase despite what I know from the industry. Not sure where they get their market info from.
The benefits are good. They provide 401K , Medical, Dental, Vision. Life Insurance. I would say this former job had the best benefits out of all the jobs i have had.
