Like most everything there, it's pretty standard as far as most biotech companies in the Silicon Valley go- they matched up to 4% of your compensation. Also, the selections were extremely sparse when I was there a few years ago - an index fund, a government bond fund and a money market fund, that's about it.

Match 6% then additional 3,4.5 or 6 % based age + number of years employed, so minimum is 9% (6+3) and max 12 % (6 + 6).
Great maternity and paternity leave plans, heath coverage is expensive and paid time off is great! Flexible working hours and great infratstructure!
