    Paid Maternity is 12 weeks, paid Paternity is 1 week. Paid Paternity should be much longer, equivalent to paid maternity. It's just as difficult for fathers as it is for mothers.

    Not sure there is paternity leave....maternity leave allows time off before due date which is really helpful
