Most of our workforce is remote, working out of their own home-offices.
Based upon job function, employees working in the Tucson corporate office can choose to work from home one day per week.
It’s just a good work from home job that’s all. They micro manage down to the second. No health dental or vision. You can ave into 401k
Horrible you are micromanaged on camera and no one adheres to policies
working from home was great, but they do not pay anything towards your internet costs and in order for the equipment to work you have to have the highest speed available
You know when hired you will work from home.
No commute, no gas, free from distractions, comfortability, and your provided with ALL the equipment needed to successfully complete your responsibility. So that means, no sitting for hours installing, and uninstalling software and programs on your personal computer.
No benefits and management is chaotic. HR is rude and has no knowledge of what actually occurs with their employees- especially the onboarding process.
The work at home benefit is great since it gives you a lot of freedom. You can wake up later, given that you don't need to travel and there's no dress code besides don't wear anything offensive obviously. Plus you get all the equipment needed shipped to you so you don't have to exhaust any of your own electronics besides your internet router.
great for those who hate to commute.
fantastic WAH company. Not micro managed, BUT you are expected to do your job and do it well
You can work in the comfort of your own home while still maintaining the same responsibility as working in an office. Save money on GAS!
