Benefits were great for in network docs. A little pricey though
60 day period before receiving health coverage, 90 days before 401k matching. 2 weeks of personal time, 2 weeks vacation time, and holidays are actually pretty plentiful. Note that health insurance is phasing out of standard coverage and moving toward high-deductible variants. It's likely that you will have to use a high-deductible plan if you work here.
