As a contract position there was no benefit other than the basic salary. There was no 401k or health plan offered.

6% of your salary matched by employer for 401k, one of the best in the industry. RSU by far best
pros: all good benefits.. Cons: none.. everything is well paid off
Good - low cost, good options, resonance deductibles, ESPP, 401k match, unlimited vacation time Bad - nothing bad to add
Competitive benefits, and good options for health insurance (from HMO to PPO to HSA). RSUs given to many (not all) employees. On-site gym and cafeteria. Bonus system that is easy to calculate (and objective) based on company and business unit performance.
