The plant has a high employment turnover. They would be more effective if the supervisors were more tactful And had better experience managing workers. The negative environment makes CCC a stressful place to work. It would be a great place to work under better conditions.
Ultra cheap, PPO medical insurance - family can be covered for $140/month for health (VSP and dental are extra, but small amounts)
Best thing is probably health insurance, I'm not sure. But I'm not a fan of unlimited vacation, which is definitely a win to share holders but a loss to employees.

they keep taking away benefits every year, they took performance bonus's and insurance gets worse every year. also the yearly raises have gotten worse, while the company keeps making a good deal of money compared to previous years

The total compensation is very misleading. The cash salary part is extremely likely increased artificially at the great expense of benefits. The company has an insulting medical insurance selection for the high tech industry. My guess is the management intentionally did this simply because the benefits are not easy to be quantified for comparison. To be fair, the matching of 401k is above average. But taking everything into consideration, the total compensation is slightly below average.
