Broadridge provides a 10-week paid maternity leave (post-delivery) and a 1-week paid paternity and adoption leave benefit to all eligible associates.
Offers 12 weeks paid if you combined disability with paid time off.
I believe it's standard compared to most other companies. Overall process is messy, could certainly use some streamlining.
Though over the last 20 plus years I had not requirement for Maternity leave, but I knew several associates who took advantage and was very happy with the plan.
Hard to get the money from them for the time off, countless calls leading to nowhere. Finally, got it fixed my time card and received the money.
I only know about it but they do offer Maternity and Paternity leave but that may be mandated by the FMLA.

I cannot provide an opinion on this benefit. I did not have the opportunity to take advantage of this benefit. I believe that there was a coworker that did get time off for maternity leave, but I don't remember how much time.
I believe they offered Maternity as required by state law etc.
