At Broadridge your particular benefits package will depend on your work location, position and years with the company. No matter which global location you are located, our benefits offer plenty of flexibility for you and your family.
The benefits are the best part
3 weeks starting vacation which increases over time. Sick time as well. Can buy an extra week of vacation.
All the benefits seemed very good to me. 401K matching, HSA, FSA, Aetna, dental, life insurance, etc...
PROS: Decent 401(K) match Casuals dress code Close to mass transit CONS: Terrible medical and dental insurance - high copays, lots of meds aren’t covered or are super expensive
Overall a pretty decent affordable healthcare plan, with several options to choose from. Certain departments allowed you to work from home. Not the best 401k plan, but they do match. Depending on your salary, stock options were given
The health insurance is a little pricey and you still have to come out of pocket.
Backupcare through Bright Horizon is greatly appreciated helps to get kids attend camps and daycare during summer months while there school is off. we currently get 10 days in a year, this should be increased to atleast 20 days in a year
The best thing is the ability to buy an extra week of vacation
Benefits are great. Company offers event on which benefit works best and will assist in education payments with programs they offer
The ability to work from home.
