At Broadridge your particular benefits package will depend on your work location, position and years with the company. No matter which global location you are located, our benefits offer plenty of flexibility for you and your family.
The benefits package is very thorough and they provide many perks. The on-site medical facility is very convenient, the 401k plan is really nice, they provide meals when folks unexpectedly have to work late or if there is a mandatory weekend test in office. The fitness perks are neat as well. There is an employee recognition program to acknowledge hard workers.
Best: ability to work from home. Worst: I thought the benefits were expensive, but that may be indicative of the industry overall.
The best thing is the flexibility and the healthcare insurance. Also the other benefits such as the Healthy Roads Program
Health care plan is awful. Very expensive and you get very little in return.
Broadridge offers your typical plan(s) for a firm this size. 6% matching of 401k contributions and a good selection of investment choices. Vacation is generous and depending on the type of job you have there is amply opportunity to work from home.
You're basically covered for anything with Broadridge. I was fully covered for dental, medical and mental. 401K is good as well, they match your contributions up to 15%.
Benefits package was very comprehensive. Stock options would be a nice add to an already wonderful package. Worklife balance is available, health and wellness program is strong.
There were not many benefits for an intern since it a temporary position for 3 months. So no benefits for an intern
Typical Corporate benefits package for a company of this size. Nice 401k match.
No Benefits. Health insurance from Metlife costs $50/weekly. No thanks!
