At Broadridge your particular benefits package will depend on your work location, position and years with the company. No matter which global location you are located, our benefits offer plenty of flexibility for you and your family.
I am very unsure about the benefits package as I am an intern. Interns are not entitled to the same benefits as full time employees.
company has good health insurance coverage, an on site medical department which provides yearly physicals and other services such as flu shots and screening
The 401k plan is very good, the flexibility to add vacation time is great, and getting 3 days paid time to volunteer is wonderful (it's just hard to use it with a full workload)
Insurance is below industry standards. Only two options and very expensive, high deductibles, compared to the coverage. Only two weeks for vacation.
401k, medical/vision/dental insurance, tuition reimbursement, discounted gyms, and the list goes on! I can’t think of anything bad about the benefits given.
Solid offerings across the board. 3 weeks vacation to start
Well known health insurance company in the nation
3 weeks vacation is pretty great
Good benefits - typical of many companies
Overall benefits are reasonable, not great once you get into the details on what is covered and how much it cost. Does not offer profit sharing, just straight 401k
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
