Health insurance is not great. Prices and out of pocket costs go up every year. Only contribute 1 percent to 401k until you have worked there for 10 years. You can only get 3 weeks vacation after 10 years.

Very competitive 401k plan, they give you multiple health plan options, you get a work from home day, and Broadridge allows you to buy a week of vacation in addition to the paid time off they give.

Benefits for interns are limited, but the flexibility, dress code, and atmosphere is worth interning here!

Benefits are reduced year after year with rate increases and more out of pocket costs. Flexible work arrangements are available that let you work from home or remote locations when necessary with supervisor approval however are not stick to also. Too many times have they asked to forego the arrangement with no appreciation.

Benefits are average to other companies, getting more expensive each year.
