company is very flexible on working from home. as long as you are productive you can probably get this benefit. It is a win win situation both for the company and employee
You can work from home once a week or more if needed depending who your supervisor is.
WFH is possible with supervisor's approval.

I worked from home for 2 months while they were renovating the office space. I had no problems with logging in remotely everyday and working whenever I wanted. As long as I got my work done and put in my time each pay period they were very flexible about the times that I needed to be logged in at.
This benefit used to be excellent but with new management it has been reduced drastically.
No computer's are provided to work from home so logging on from a personal computer is not user friendly. Also, it is highly discouraged on a one off basis and not optional on a regular basis.
This was huge for me since I had some things pop up personally that impacted my ability to get to the office. As long as you can document how you will handle your responsibilities and follow through, they are more than willing to allow this.
Most times it is very flexible. Pick a day, any day but just one day a week. Need to expand it to 2 or more days.
I really liked the ability to work from home. Because my position requirted me to answer phone calls, opportunity to work from home didn't happen that often, but my manager was able to allow me to do so when I needed.
