Time-Off policy is comparable to other organizations
The worst thing is the cost. some of the plans are very expensive and have too many co-pays and co-insurance and co-everything
PRO: Health insurance plan is reasonable, including High Deductible option with Health Spending Account. CON: No 401K match
The benefit package is very comprehensive
Paid time off is generous.
The package was nothing special and it kicked in after 60 days which im not a fan of.

Everything about their packages are terrible from zero match to time of is for everything personal, sick and vacation. by the time you get sick and have a couple of personal thing to take care of, you have 3 days of vacation left to go to wally world with.
Crappy health insurance, no sick days(must use vacation time instead), no 401k match. Also medical insurance seems to go up every year by 10-20%
Company has great benefits overall but not currently providing any 401(k) match. That is in the planning stages but was not in the current benefits package.
