50% match up to 3% of your total salary on 401K, denatal and vision included, $400 towards health insurance
They offer 401k, and give insurance after trial period. They contribute to the commute but it doesn't take care of much since LIRR is so expensive.
They don't offer bereavement. So you have to use vacation time to spend time with your family after a death.
CEO provides a lot of different bonus incentives to encourage creativity and high-quality performance. TransitCheck is used to subsidize the commute. The company has holiday parties and outings as well. Wish there were an equity incentive because of their growth potential.
Laughable $100 a month to help with the commute which still means you are on the hook for another $162 just to get to work.
Broker Genius response
We are sorry about how you feel but we would like to point out that the commuter benefit we offer is in addition to health benefits, 401k, and Holiday and Vacation pay.
Offer a good health insurance policy for employees and their families. They do their best to make it as affordable as possible by contributing a percentage of the overall cost
For a startup Broker Genius offers pretty good benefits. There is a heavily subsidized healthcare plan and free dental and vision coverage. Employees who already have health coverage are offered commuter reimbursements. Holidays are paid, but if you have to work on a holiday you can usually do it from home and earn a bonus as well as a different day off. There are also flex hours so you can in a bit earlier or later depending on your preference, but work hours are also a bit longer (not a typical 9-5 job). Once a month we wind things down early for pizza and beer.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
