Good benefits such as 401k, health and dental benefits.
Bronto's being part of oracle extends the oracle employment benefits to all employees which include great retirement, healthcare and pension benefits. I absolutely love working here!
Accrued PTO for hourly employees and unlimited for salary due to the Oracle acquisition. Which one you are depends on your role. The accrued PTO is minimal and you are forced to use it over winter break. Health/vision/dental insurance is pretty good. Oracle acquisition took away a lot of fun & smaller perks.
The healthcare premiums are fairly standard, but the benefits and co-pay are outstanding. I was able to keep my current doctor.
Great PTO package and good healthcare benefits!
No complaints - on par with other companies...or better
Bronto has a great volunteer program, where you can volunteer your time during work hours. You can work from home 1x a week after you've been with the company a year (I'm sure it's different by department).
Regular snacks and drinks are nice, insurance plan fairly competitive with most big companies in RTP, Engineering has annual conference for professional development each year
New benefits with NetSuite aren't as good as original benefits with Bronto. Health/vision/dental insurance MUCH more expensive. Company does not offer all of the standard perks you see at tech companies: no part-time, no work-from-home, very low comp plan/bonus package. And so many things are up in the air due to acquisition. Seven months later and questions are still left unanswered.
Bronto is owned by NetSuite of San Mateo, CA so the package is similar to a large tech company. 401k, Insurance (health, dental, vision, etc.), Sign on options bonus, ESPP, Health & Fitness Program, etc.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
