Bronto is owned by NetSuite of San Mateo, CA so the package is similar to a large tech company. 401k, Insurance (health, dental, vision, etc.), Sign on options bonus, ESPP, Health & Fitness Program, etc.

Now that we have been bought out by another company the health benefits are awful. The insurance is a joke but the PTO is unlimited which is nice

The "Unlimited" PTO is more like a suggested 3 weeks - 4 if you're lucky. Depending on the department you're in, it can be difficult if not impossible to work from home.

Very flexible with vacation and good health care if you're single. 401K match was bare minimum at best.

If there is a way to good benefits and a way to get cheap benefits, Bronto will always go with the cheap way, but they will always get the benefit so they can advertise they have it no matter how crappy or limited it may be.

The culture here is really great. This is the first place where the talk about culture is matched by actions.

Benefits were ok. 401k match is not much, vacation is average, beer on Friday and social activities are fun and a good way to get people together, ZERO work flexibility.

I like the addition perks like the 5 week sabbatical after 5 years.

Stock Option grants are a joke. Company puts premium on this hip, youthful, expensive office and culture. So they pay below market and the owners don't share in the upside of the business with stock options.

Terrible match on 401k and terrible vesting schedule. Mediocre medical, less than average time off. Free beer is nice but I'd rather have real benefits than foosball and chips and salsa
