great chance to work way up the company. could have been paid better which would have been nice. location was very good also. parking was very easy as well.
My health insurance this year for me and my family was $1,000 a month. I put 12,000 dollars into insurance premiums, never met my deductible, therefore, insurance didn't pay a dime of that 12,000 dollars back in medical services covered. PTO, not that great, only place I've ever worked in my 15 yrs of nursing that didn't give some kind of Christmas bonus, especially for middle management.
Medical benefits, associate's contributions are high. Associate's rate of pay is relatively low
Fantastic low cost benefits and 401k
Like what is offered and some of the matching of the money we put in
vacation and paid time off
Great job with great benefits with great people.
At least you have insurance but it's not very good. High deductibles and dental is worthless.
Benefits are affordable and had a variety of choices.
For part-time, you are not going to get any benefits. Although, they do have mandatory training sessions. They do not really help, though.
