You have the basic package when it comes to benefits. The healthcare is great and it is top notch. The overall benefits package is pretty great if you are full time.
The insurance wasn't a great offer - I'd had private sector pre-ACA insurance and had chosen to keep that versus take the company insurance. PTO was acceptable, /if/ and /only if/ they actually put you into the system correctly and actually identified you as a full time employee on your pay stub.
The best thing is the affordableness of it
Very good benefits, good PTO you earn it as you go. You get once a year to change your policy which I wish it was twice. You also get life insurance that they give you for what your annual income is.
The benefits package prices were completely unrealistic prices for the hourly wages we were paid, most of my paycheck went to health Insurance coverage
My salary is only 10:50 an hour and cannot afford the insurance health insurance
time off didnt start until 6 month in. insurance was high deductible and low premiums which was okay until you got sick. 401k match was good.
They offer a website where you can take vacations, buy cars, eat free food, and etc for a discount. I really don't like their benefits, just paid vacation.
Have never been able to afford the insurance. I am a paycheck to paycheck person. Over priced for my family .
Unfortunately the awful work environment did not make up for the health insurance benefits offered by the company. I have found that I would be rather be happy at work, buying my own insurance.
