Health insurance offerings were reasonable and market average. Brooks did offer unlimited time off, which was great when you had the time to use it. And on occasion, you were able to take advantage of this.
Company health Perks are superb.

The benefits are just the common benefits from other companies.
Unlimited Time off, ESPP is going away since Brooks is now a private enterprise. Crappy bonus structure even when the Company is making huge profit.
